General terms of sale
These General Terms of Sale apply to the paid services offered on ForTheSoul.ch, including the publication of experiences, the promotion of offers and the publication of venues. The arrangements, prices, duration and conditions applicable to each service are stated at the time of ordering.
Purpose
These General Terms of Sale define the conditions applicable to the purchase of paid services offered on ForTheSoul.ch.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros depending on the selected currency and correspond to the rates displayed at the time of ordering. Payment is made through the payment provider offered at checkout. The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.
Use of services
Paid services may be used according to the arrangements stated at the time of ordering. Depending on the service selected, it may allow content to be published, kept online, featured or promoted on ForTheSoul.ch. The conditions applicable to a service are those stated when it is purchased.
Publication and review of content
Purchasing a paid service does not guarantee that content will be accepted or published. ForTheSoul reserves the right to refuse, modify or remove content that does not comply with the General Terms of Use, the platform rules or applicable legal provisions.
Cancellation and refunds
Once a paid service has been used or an offer has been published, no refund is granted when the practitioner, organiser or venue owner changes their mind or simply wishes to cancel the publication. No refund is granted when published content is subsequently modified by its author and no longer complies with the General Terms of Use. No refund is granted if an event, experience or offer is cancelled by the practitioner, organiser or venue owner. If ForTheSoul refuses to publish an offer because it does not comply with the General Terms of Use, and that non-compliance already existed when the offer was submitted, the amount paid for the relevant service is refunded. No refund is due when the non-compliance results from a change made by the user after publication or activation of the service.
Changes to prices and services
ForTheSoul may change its prices, services and their conditions for future orders. These changes do not affect services already purchased, unless otherwise required by law.
